Our Guiding Perspective

At Cleansesweeppure, we believe that sustainable work-life integration begins with self-awareness and practical structure. Our coaching approach draws on established organisational psychology principles and applies them through accessible, non-clinical educational formats.

Every resource on this website is intended for general informational purposes. Individual outcomes vary based on personal circumstances, commitment levels, and external factors beyond our control.

Core Focus Areas

Three Pillars of Our Coaching Model

Each pillar addresses a distinct dimension of professional-personal alignment, forming a cohesive framework you can adapt to your own rhythm.

Time Architecture

Learn to design weekly schedules that honour both deliverables and recovery periods. We introduce boundary-setting techniques drawn from productivity research, presented as educational exercises rather than prescriptive mandates.

Cognitive Clarity

Develop structured frameworks for distinguishing urgent tasks from meaningful priorities. Our materials cover reflection prompts and decision-making models suitable for independent study or guided sessions.

Daily Rhythm Planning

Understand how daily habits relate to sustained engagement at work and at home. Content focuses on lifestyle patterns and rest practices described in general terms without medical implications.

How We Work

A Four-Stage Coaching Methodology

Self-Review

Review your current routines, obligations, and personal values through structured questionnaires and reflective dialogue.

Mapping

Identify overlapping demands and underutilised time blocks using visual planning tools developed for our programmes.

Design

Co-create a personalised action plan with realistic milestones tailored to your professional context and household situation.

Review

Conduct periodic check-ins to evaluate progress, adjust strategies, and document learnings for long-term reference.

Client Pathway

What a Typical Engagement Looks Like

Week 1–2

Orientation and Goal Setting

Initial sessions establish communication preferences, clarify expectations, and define agreed objectives within a coaching scope. No clinical assessments are performed during this phase.

Participants receive a welcome resource pack covering scheduling templates, reflection journals, and an overview of our educational philosophy. Materials are designed for self-paced review between sessions.

Week 3–6

Active Implementation

Fortnightly coaching conversations focus on applying framework concepts to real situations. Discussions remain within the consulting and guidance category, addressing workplace habits and personal organisation.

Between sessions, clients work through module-based educational content covering boundary communication, delegation strategies, and evening transition rituals that support a clearer separation from work mode.

Week 7–8

Consolidation and Handover

Final sessions summarise key insights, refine the personal action plan, and outline self-directed continuation strategies. We provide written summaries for your records.

Graduates gain access to our alumni resource library for twelve months, containing updated worksheets and seasonal planning guides relevant to the New Zealand professional calendar.
